Molly leads this in-depth nutrition education program based on the Mayo Clinic Diet, to implement basic lifestyle changes that shed pounds and skyrocket energy and wellbeing. The program consists of 12 weekly 60-minute sessions that work great as a lunch and learn activity. Participants receive Mayo Clinic Diet book and workbook, loads of nutrition tips, and invaluable peer support.
